Shipping/Refund Policy

All items will be made in the order that they've been received. Production time will be anywhere from 2-20 business days depending on the order. During production period, expect frequent updates via email. On hand creations will be shipped next business day if the order is placed before 2pm EST/next business day after 2pm EST.

Shipping will vary depending on the weight of your package. Everyone will receive an approximate time on their invoice, as well as details concerning your order. Production doesn't start until your balance is paid in full. Everything will be outlined on your invoice, including prices and method of payment. Shipping time is anywhere between 2-5 business days depending on USPS processing time. All packages will have insurance in case of any incidents that can be claimed through USPS website.

Refunds are not accepted, however modifications can be made to your items if notified within 7 business days from the date of delivery. All shipping costs associated with the return is the clients responsibility.
